The Hills
The Hills represents a dramatic architectural evolution, transforming raw, unfinished concrete multi-unit shells into a cohesive, high-end residential complex. Moving away from rough masonry blockwork, exposed framing, and open mud lots, the final exterior design establishes a commanding street presence defined by clean geometric lines and refined Mediterranean-inspired accents.
The facade relies on a sophisticated color palette, pairing warm taupe body paint with crisp off-white architectural trim and dark, slate-toned roof fascia. Prominent arched porticos extend from the ground level of each unit, creating grand covered entryways that break up the building’s elevation. Upward, modern white-framed window grids replace open structural apertures, while sleek balcony railings add subtle metallic framing along the upper tier.
The foreground transformation replaces raw, unpaved terrain with structured, multi-tone brick paving blocks that define driving and parking areas with crisp spatial order. By pairing structural outfitting with precise exterior masonry and finishing, InStyle Interiors Ltd converted an incomplete construction site into a unified, luxury-grade multi-residential sanctuary.
