Moving away from rough masonry blockwork, exposed framing, and open mud lots, the final exterior design establishes a commanding street presence defined by clean geometric lines and refined Mediterranean-inspired accents.

The facade relies on a sophisticated color palette, pairing warm taupe body paint with crisp off-white architectural trim and dark, slate-toned roof fascia. Prominent arched porticos extend from the ground level of each unit, creating grand covered entryways that break up the building’s elevation. Upward, modern white-framed window grids replace open structural apertures, while sleek balcony railings add subtle metallic framing along the upper tier.

The foreground transformation replaces raw, unpaved terrain with structured, multi-tone brick paving blocks that define driving and parking areas with crisp spatial order.
